Your omega 3 fish oil daily dosage depends on you.

It should be based on you're current state of health, what you eat and the level of well-being you want in your future.

So, let's dispense with all the formalities set up by those mighty guardians of the "daily allowance" and get down-to-earth practical.

Once we uncover your profile, we'll know the omega 3 fish oil daily dosage that's just right for you. Let's start with basic nutrition 101.

What you put into your body today determines your healthy tomorrow.

People just don't wake up one morning with diabetes, heart disease or cancer. These illnesses come from choices made over time.

So, sit down with pen and paper and write down all the words that describe the health you want when you're 80, 90 or 100 years old. These might be words like strong, energetic, pain-free, great memory, sexually active, healthy bones, and so on.

If your list of words is less than optimum health, why bother? You certainly can't blame anyone but yourself, if you wake up one morning with a degenerative disease.

But if you want optimum health, then take a look at what you're eating now and determine if those foods, snacks, sodas, white bread, desserts, are going to help you accomplish your future health goals.

If not, then you need to make some changes.

And this is what I mean when I say that the omega 3 fish oil daily dosage depends on you. Once you've decided how healthy you want to be and make a firm commitment to that ideal, then every day you'll eat what's necessary to accomplish that goal.

Since there's so much confusion about how much omega 3 you need to take, I'm going to give you some simple guidelines you can follow based on how committed you are to your future health.

Studies show people who eat 1 to 3 servings of fish a week can help prevent or reduce some nasty diseases by a small percentage. Equally true, those who eat 3 to 5 servings weekly do even better.

But if you're looking for a little higher reduction in your risks, then you need to be eating 5 or more servings of oily fish every week. Those are the minimum guidelines for omega 3 fish oil daily dosage.

However, there are numerous other studies on heart disease, ADHD, cancer, depression and more that indicate between 1g and 3g of omega 3 fatty acids from fish are the optimum daily amount.

So, decide what it's going to be for you.

Do you want adequate or optimum health? If it's adequate then make sure you're eating from 1 to 5 servings of fish every week.

But, if you want optimum health, to look your best, feel great and stay well, then you need to eat fish PLUS supplement your diet with pure, high quality omega 3 fish oil in capsules of 1g to 3g.

Over the past 18 years, Michael Byrd has helped thousands of people all around the world to look younger, feel better and have more natural energy.
